Mr. surbir, first of all, you're welcome to our Blog, indeed, we are really happy to answer the curiosity that you've expressed, regarding the commission we charge depends on how much seller could get expected price of his property from a buyer, generally just 1 to 2 % commission we expect from a property seller.
